Bob has established an excellent reputation in homeowners' association (HOA) management for over 20 years. From his experience as a homeowners' association president, staff member of the Adams County Assessors Office, elected city council member and active participant in community service organizations. Bob can provide insight and resolve to what can become very complex issues in many HOA communities.

Steve has established an outstanding reputation as a successful north area landscape maintenance contractor. For over 20 years, his participation and input on many HOA boards in establishing and setting standards and policy for all facets of exterior property maintenance are still in force in many HOAs today. Steve has a unique perception and understanding of homeowners' needs and concerns.
